Government Museum:
Government Museum in Bangalore was founded in Mysore by Surgeon Edward Balfour in 1865, which also makes it one of the oldest museums in India. The museum is divided into 18 galleries which has sections geological and archeological objects. It stores paintings, terracotta, old jewelry, coins all from the times of the kingdoms and their reign. Two inscriptions of the Hal midi and Kannada had been excavated in 450 AD.
HAL Aerospace Museum:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Aerospace Museum is the oldest aerospace museum in India.
