No. This is saying that someone likes you and thinks you’re so attractive that they’re just scared to be around you. They get so nervous they can’t make a move.

Now, you and I both know this is a lame excuse. Nevertheless, it happens quite often when a guy is particularly nervous and unfortunately, it can prevent them from telling you how they feel and making a move. Which means, unless you speak up and tell them that you like them, it’s likely that there’ll be no relationship at all.

However, this usually doesn’t work for them and you may even find them to be full of crap and lying all the time.
